Applying 1. Wanna post something? Then join first! There's a given. 2. Fill out the brief-ish survey below. 3. In the subject line of your post, type "Tina, you fat lard, come get some dinner!" just so I know you read the rules. 4. Put your survey under an lj-cut. If you don't know how to make lj-cuts, go here. 5. Post at least 3 clear pictures of yourself. Make sure they're resized so we know you're an actual person and not a blob. We don't want to see any pictures of you in your birthday suit or in your underwear. No pictures? Then why did you bother joining in the first place? 6. Don't dress up like a character in one of your pictures (don't you guys call it cosplay or something? Whatever it is... don't do it). This can sway votes A LOT.
Voting 1. This is not a "hot or not" community. Don't tell a person that he or she is ugly. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Another thing that goes into this is sexual harassment, which happened several times at our sister community, rhps_rating. Something like "You're very pretty!" is great, but "U r soooo sexxxy i wanna fuk u so much lol!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111!!!!!!!1111111oneone1" is something you should never tell a person. 2. Bold you votes like this. If you don't know how to make text bold, go here. 3. If you vote anonymously, your vote will not be counted. 4. If you have yet to be stamped, you CAN vote on other people. 5. Explain why you chose that person as a certain character. For example: "Uh... My vote goes to LaFawnduh because you are stylish, street smart, and can change nerdy boys into gangstas. You also have a similar hair-do as Shondrella Avery's." 6. Don't be offended if you get stamped as characters of the opposite sex!
Being Stamped 1. Only the mod can stamp you. 2. After 3 days or 10 votes (whichever comes first), you will be stamped. 3. Post your stamp on your user info, your lj, or any other place you put your stamping community stamps so you can show the world how proud you are to be (insert character(s) here)!
Posting After Being Stamped 1. We're all for open discussion on Napoleon Dynamite. As long as you stay on topic. 2. If you're going to post pictures, put those under a cut. 3. You may promote other communities on here, however I ask that you put those under an lj-cut, too. 4. In the subject line of your post, please put that you were stamped. An example would be: "Subject: Stamped//Community Promo"
